ST. PAUL, Minn. - For the second time this season, Minnesota Morris volleyball player Morgan Miller was named Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Player of the Week.

Two weeks ago, the sophomore earned UMAC Offensive Player of the Week honors, Monday she's lauded for her defensive abilities.

Miller helped lead the Cougars to a perfect 4-0 week by accumulating 14 blocks (1.17/set) which adds on to her UMAC-leading total of 63. She is the only player in the conference averaging over a block per set. Additionally she added 34 kills (2.83/set) and leads the UMAC in hitting percentage (.328).

The Cougars hit the road this week for four contests beginning Monday at Augsburg.
