MORRIS, Minn. – Riding a three game winning streak, the Minnesota Morris (6-8, 3-0 UMAC) women's basketball team head east to take on Northwestern (10-3, 2-1 UMAC) and North Central (4-7, 0-3 UMAC) this weekend.

During their current winning streak the Cougars are averaging over 70 points per game and averaging 50 points. Emily Auch is averaging 15 points and seven rebounds per game. Tori Holt has emerged over the last three games averaging ten points and eight rebounds per game. Abby Fragodt has been key to the Cougars rebounding advantage, averaging over 11 points per game and three offensive rebounds per game.
 
Northwestern split their games last season, losing a high scoring affair with Martin Luther before winning big at Bethany Lutheran. The Eagles are averaging 70.4 points per game and shooting 38.8% from the field this season. They have three players averaging at least 13 points per game. Jessica Fife, their senior forward has been the UMAC Player of the Week three times this season and is averaging a double-double this season.
 
North Central has lost five of their last six going into Friday's math up with Crown. They have two players averaging over 15 points per game and their starting five is scores 58.5 points per game. The Rams starting five is responsible for over 93% of their scoring per game this season.
