MORRIS, Minn. – Minnesota Morris (1-4) will be looking for the first win over the Mayville State Comets since 2011, when they travel west for their second to last road game prior to the semester break. The Cougars are looking to rebound after a tough loss to Concordia-Moorhead last Tuesday night in the P.E. Center. 
The Comets, losers of three straight are home for the first time since November 15. They lost to the Concordia Cobbers on Nov. 18 before dropping a pair of games to NCAA Division II opponents. Mayville has five scorers averaging at least nine points per game thus far this season. 
Morris has four scorers that average at least nine points per game, led by senior 
Kendra Wycoff. She is scoring 13.8 points per game through five games. 
Kayla Kraemer isn't far behind, averaging 11.4 points per contest. She is shooting the ball at a 44.2% clip this year on 52 shots from the field. She is also 7-17 from behind the arc. 
Emily Auch has made the conversion from volleyball season to basketball season well, averaging 9.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. 
Tori Holt is also helping out on the scoreboard and the boards, averaging 9.0 points and 8.6 rebounds per game. 
After Tuesday, the Cougars will be home for three straight games, which will their second longest home stand of the season. They will play four straight home games at the end of January.
