Morris has beaten the Knights by a score of 79-62 and 71-55, but the games were much closer than the final score would indicate. Martin Luther has wins over St. Scholastica and Northwestern this year, proving they can compete with the top teams in the conference.
 
The Cougars have been led offensively by Kendra Wycoff, Emily Auch and Tori Holt, who are all averaging over nine points per game. Abby Fragodt has 270 rebounds this season, an average of 10.8 per game and is five rebounds shy of 900 in her career. She also has 70 blocks this year, an average of 2.8 per game. Fragodt ranks 19^th in the nation in blocks per game and 43^rd in rebounds per game.
 
Martin Luther controls the ball well, ranking in the top 100 in the nation fewest turnovers per game. They are led by Alex Anthon and Hannah Hackbarth, who are averaging 11.2 and 11.0 points per game. Leah Nass averages 7.9 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
