MORRIS, Minn. – After a 17 day break the Cougars (2-8) will be back in action on Tuesday night as they take on Presentation at 5:30 p.m. Minnesota Morris beat Presentation (4-6) 93-66 earlier this season.
Maja Coomes had a career high 18 points in the game with the Saints.
Three other scorers had at least ten points against Presentation in the first meeting. Ten of the 12 Morris players scored against the Saints on December 4.
Tuesday's game is the Cougars final non-conference game of the season. Minnesota Morris will open up UMAC play on January 10 against Crown College in Morris at 3 p.m. UMM is looking to end a three game skid when they take on the Saints.
Presentation has played just once since falling to Minnesota Morris on December 4. They beat Grace University 97-73 on December 6 but have been off since then, having one game canceled during that time span.
The Saints are averaging 73.7 points per game this season but are giving up 79.4 points per game. Presentation has averaged over 18 turnovers per game this season.
