ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. – Minnesota Morris (10-9, 8-0 UMAC) shot 51.5% from the field as they picked up an 88-76 win over Crown College (2-17, 2-6 UMAC). 
Kendra Wycoff was two points shy of her career high, scoring a season high 31 points in the victory. 
Emily Auch had 18 points and six rebounds. The team racked up 23 assists, 
Cori Becker had a career high six assists off the bench to lead the team. 
Tori Holt game up two rebounds shy of a double-double, scoring 14 points and grabbing eight rebounds.

Connor Lewis each had five assists offensively. Morris controlled the game in the paint, outscoring Crown 46-26. The Storm had help from their bench to cut into the lead late, pouring in 39 points. 
The Cougars started the game on an 18-6 run and the lead would grow to 13 before Crown came back. The Storm scored six straight to get within five with 7:58 left in the first half. It would be as close as the Storm would get as Morris went on a 17-3 run to take a 41-22 lead. Minnesota Morris went into the half up 44-25. 
As the second half got underway the Cougars kept pushing, taking a 27 point lead at 58-31 with 14:55 left in the game. The lead got as large as 30 in the game before Crown cut into the lead. The Storm never got back in the game but did cut the lead all the way to 12 by the end of the contest. 
Morris will head on the road this weekend as they take on St. Scholastica and Northland.
