Minnesota Morris Athletics Helps Raise Funds at Polar Plunge

A group of Cougar swimmers and other athletes contributed to a fundraising effort that raised more than $13,000 for Special Olympics Minnesota.

MORRIS, Minn. – A group of Cougar swimmers and one other student-athlete took part in the Polar Plunge at Morris Area High School on Monday morning and contributed to a fundraising effort that raised more than $13,000 for Special Olympics Minnesota.

From football and men's track & field was Gregory Ohman. From the Cougar men's and women's swimming diving programs were Morgan Ball, Rita Erickson, Lexi Gerdes, Madi Gerdes, Jakob Linscheid, Max Lundgren, Dani Mazzio, and Kaitlyn Mello.
