EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The University of Minnesota Morris women's cross country team had three runners compete as individuals at the Blugold Invite on Friday morning in Eau Claire, Wis.
Sylvia Pesch continued her strong season, setting a personal record for the fourth consecutive meet.

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse claimed the team title with 117 points, while host school Wisconsin-Eau Claire finished second with 132 points. Claire Vukovics won the individual title, clocking in at 21:45.7 in the 6k race.

Pesch led the Cougars with a personal-best time of 24:44.3, finishing third among all Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) runners at the meet—just 0.2 seconds shy of second place.
