BECKER, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women's golf team concluded its 2025 fall season with a fifth-place finish at the three-day Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Championship, held at Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker, Minn.
Bailey Broich led the Cougars, finishing 19th overall.
The University of Northwestern captured the team title with a total score of +122, 57 strokes ahead of the second-place team. Paige Johnson of Northwestern claimed individual medalist honors, finishing at +23 over the three-day tournament.
Minnesota Morris placed fifth with a team score of +518. Broich led the way, carding a total of 307 (+91) to finish 19th individually. Her best rounds came on days two and three, where she shot 102 (+30) each day. She also recorded a birdie on hole nine during the second round.
Kaylie Schmitz was the second-highest finisher for UMM. The junior made par on the par-five 14th hole in both the second and third rounds.
