Noah Johnson led the Cougars with a time of 30:42.5 in the 8K race.

The University of Wisconsin–La Crosse won the regional meet with 30 points, finishing 80 points ahead of the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, which placed second. Mohammed Bati of Augsburg University won the individual title with a time of 24:23.7.

Minnesota Morris placed 31st overall, with Johnson recording the team's top finish in 188th place.
