Mathias Warrington led the Cougars with a round of 77 (+6).
Bethany Lutheran College won the tournament with a team score of 290 (+6). After a playoff, Carson Besonen of Northwestern claimed first. Minnesota Morris posted a team score of 327 (+43) to tie for sixth. Warrington paced the Cougars, tying for 17th overall with his round of 77 (+6).
Minnesota Morris had 10 golfers compete in the event, with five playing as individuals.

The Cougars return to action this weekend at the Twin Ports Collegiate in Superior, Wis. The two-day tournament will take place at Nemadji Golf Course starting on Saturday Sept. 6.
