MORRIS, Minn. – Carvin Fish of the University of Minnesota Morris men's basketball team was selected to the d3hoops.com Region IX All-Region Third Team, announced March 16.
This is Fish's first time earning All-Region honors.
In his sophomore season, Fish led the Cougars offensively with 565 points, the sixth most in a single season at Minnesota Morris. The sophomore forward finished with double-digit points in 25 games, including scoring 42 points in a game, the third most in program history. Fish also led the team in field goal percentage at .570. All of this helped him earn Upper Midwest Athletic Conference All-Conference First Team honors.
The Sisseton, S.D., native also led the team defensively with 208 rebounds. He posted seven double-doubles during the 2025–26 campaign. Fish also totaled 33 assists, 27 blocks, and 20 steals.
This year, Fish earned UMAC First Team All-Conference honors and was named UMAC Player of the Week three times.
