MORRIS, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women's tennis team will play its final match of the 2026 season on Friday as it travels to Martin Luther College for an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference match starting at 3 p.m.
 
The Cougars are coming off a pair of tough losses to the University of Wisconsin–Superior and the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Katharine Kelm led the Cougars by winning the most games and was able to take a set in the match against UWS. This season, Mariah Mireles and Kristen Müller lead the team in match wins.
 
Martin Luther enters with a 5–8 overall record and is 2–1 in the UMAC. Earlier in the week, the Knights defeated Bethany Lutheran College, 5–2. Jen Krause is in her second season as the head coach of MLC. Britney Prahl leads the team with a 6–7 record and is 4–1 in conference play.
