MANKATO, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris men's track & field team completed a midweek meet at the Stomper Open in Mankato, Minn.
 
Hayden Charboneau kicked off the track events, placing 12th in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.31 seconds. In the 100 meters, Jerome Thomas III finished 15th, posting a time of 11.04 seconds. Daniel Decory placed 11th in the 1500 meters. Jaxon Dalman posted a season best in the 400 meters, finishing ninth.
 
In the field events, Greg Ohman led the Cougars in the discus, finishing 20th with a throw of 34.06 meters. Ohman also had a team-leading throw in the hammer throw. Thomas Finneran-Flyckt recorded a personal best in the hammer throw. To conclude the meet, Ohman threw 12.05 meters in the shot put to lead the team.
 
The Cougars return to Mankato for the Maverick Open on Saturday.
