Two years later, she recorded a 26-game hitting streak, tied for the 21st longest all-time.

During her tenure, she helped lead the team to a 38-4 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference record over a three-season span.
She was part of two conference championship teams and made two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. During her senior season, she scored 484 points, the fourth-most points in a single season in UMM history.
1984/1986 Football Teams
Coached by Jim Lind, the 1984 and 1986 Minnesota Morris football teams were conference champions. During the 1984 season, the Cougars posted a 5-1 record to share the Northern Intercollegiate Conference title. Two seasons later, Minnesota Morris won the NIC with a 5-0-1 conference record. That team finished the season with an overall record of 8-1-1 and was ranked 10th in the final NAIA Poll.
1987 Football Team
For the third time in four seasons, the Minnesota Morris football team won the NIC Conference title. The conference title was the eighth in program history. Head Coach Stan Zweifel led the Cougars to a 7-3 overall record and won the conference at 5-1.
