WACONIA, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris men's golf team finished third at the Polar Invite on Tuesday in Waconia, Minn.
 
Alexandria Technical and Community College won the event with a score of 310 (+22). Aidan Johnson of ATCC won the individual title after a playoff hole, recording a 75 (+3).
 
The Cougars finished third out of four teams with a 320 (+32), just four strokes behind second place. Kaden Burshiem tied for fourth, leading the Cougars with a 77 (+5). Jacob Steinmetz competed as an individual and also shot a 77 (+5). Also scoring for the Cougars were Paxton Sivonen, Alexander Munson, and Peyton Mithun.
