WACONIA, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women's golf team placed third at the Polar Invite on Tuesday in Waconia, Minn.
 
Alexandria Technical and Community College won the event with a score of 361 (+73). Ayla Larson of ATCC won the individual title after shooting an 81 (+9).
 
The Cougars took third in the event. Merill Wiley continued to pace Minnesota Morris, carding a 109 (+37) to finish in ninth. Ava Miller followed with a 119 (+47), while Kaylie Schmitz rounded out the top three for the Cougars with a 121 (+49).
