2019 Outdoor: All-Conference honoree...Competed in five meets...Ran a personal-best time of 1:57.97 in the 800-meter run at the Cobber Twilight...At the UMAC Championships, finished first in the 1,500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:06.50, a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that placed first (8:13.24) and a member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:35.20).
2019 Indoor: All-Conference honoree...Competed in five meets...Ran a personal-best time of 9:29.45 in the 3,000-meter run at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite…At the UMAC Championships, he ran a personal-best time of 4:32.42 in the mile to finish first, finished second in the 800-meter run with his time of 2:00.44, a member of the third-place distance medley relay team that ran a time of 11:18.44, and a member of the fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:41.53.
