High School/Youth Hitting League
Sunday Hitting League: Jan. 26, Feb. 2, 9

This league provides the opportunity to receive hitting instruction from Cougar Coaches and Players, learn new hitting drills, and participate in a variety of fun competitions. $44 a session or $106 for all three sessions.
Wednesday Hitting League: Jan. 29, Feb. 5, 12, and 19

Pitching Camp
Camp Info
Pitchers will receive individualized pitching instruction from Cougar coaches and players with emphasis on pitching mechanics, arm care, various pitch grips, and drills. Participants will have an opportunity to have their velocity tested (radar gun). $130 for all three dates, $54 for one date.
Prospect Camp
Camp Info
One day instruction on hitting, fielding specific (outfield, infield, catching), and pitching. Campers will also be evaluated by coaching staff and receive metrics such as exit velocity (mph/hitting), throwing velocity (mph/pitching/throwing), and catcher pop time. Cost is $80.
Individual/Group Lessons
Ages 8-18
Lesson Info
Schedule individualized lessons with current UMN Morris players and coaches. Lessons can focus on specific elements the participant(s) would like to concentrate on or cover general skills.

mrapp@morris.umn.edu. Individual lessons are $40 per hour or group lessons are $25 per individual per hour.

Men's Soccer ID Camp
Camp Info
One day event March 30, 2025 from 9:30 am - 5 pm for high school students in grad years 2025-2026. Campers will have two field sessions, a campus tour, a Q&A with Minnesota Morris coaches and players, and lunch at the Dining Hall. Players will be coached by the coaching staff of the Cougar Men's Soccer team. Cost is $45.

Camp Info
One day instruction for high school students in grad years 2025-2028. Campers will also be evaluated by coaching staff and receive metrics such as exit velocity and spin rate of pitches, hitting velocity and bat speed, throwing velocity, catcher pop time, as well as broad jump and 40 yard dash. Cost is $80.
Softball Clinics
Clinic Info
UMN Morris Pitching staff will lead the Pitching Sessions. They will cover Fastball and Change up mechanics as well as tips for correction. More advanced pitchers can work on Rise, Drop and Screwball pitches if basic pitches are mastered. Hitting sessions will be a circuit of stations covering hitting and bunting mechanics, tips and corrections. Cost is $40 per session.

Cougar Challenge
Tournament Info
This tournament will feature 4 team pools. Pool play will be 2 sets to 25 (no cap). Playoffs for all teams with matches best 2 out of 3 to 25 (no cap); the third set to 15 (no cap) if necessary. T-Shirts will be given to tournament champions. Cost is $135 per team.
Volleyball Camps
High School Varsity Team Camp
Our focus for high performance camp is to advance your passing, serving, defending and attacking skills as an individual. In addition to skill training sessions, we’ll focus on system team building, team chemistry and competing. T-Shirts for all campers. Cost is $95 for commuter player and $155 for residential player.
High School Skill Evaluation Camp
Our focus for high performance camp is to advance your passing, serving, defending and attacking skills as an individual. In addition to skill training sessions, we’ll have position specific segments and competitive opportunities to elevate your contributions to your high school and club teams. T-Shirt for all campers. Cost is $95 for commuter player and $155 for residential player.
Cougar Skills Camp I & II
Cougar Skills Camp will give students the opportunity to learn and advance their fundamental level in passing, setting, serving, attacking, blocking, and more! Learn from the UMN-Morris Cougar Volleyball players and coaches in skill training sessions, and they’ll lead you in competitive opportunities to play. All campers receive a Cougar Volleyball Camp t-shirt. All sessions will be held at the air-conditioned Cougar Sports Center at the University of Minnesota Morris Campus. Come and join the Cougar Volleyball Team in August! Cost is $50 for girls entering 4th-5th grade and $55 for girls entering 6th-8th grade.
Setters Camp
Cougar Setters Camp will breakdown setting technique in all phases (transition, footwork, hands, release, jump setting etc.). In addition to setting, we’ll work on attacking from the front row and back row, defensive transition digging and serving. We’ll compete in between sessions to have some competitive fun! This camp is designed for those who are setters or are interested in enhancing setting position abilities. Campers may be designated to groups based upon age and/or ability.
T-Shirts for all campers. Cost is $70.
