Liam Regan enters his first year as the assistant cross country and track and field coach.
Before coming to Minnesota Morris, he served as an assistant coach at the College of Wooster during the 2026 track and field season.
Regan was a dual-sport student-athlete while attending the College of Wooster, competing in football and track and field. He was a key member of the relay teams, helping nine relay teams score at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships. Regan competed as a defensive back for the Fighting Scots. During his junior season, he forced a fumble and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown.
Regan graduated cum laude with bachelor's degrees in mathematics and education.
