Stephanie Witbrod was hired as the assistant cross country and track and field coach in the summer of 2026.
Prior to Minnesota Morris, Witbrod was the jumps and sprints coach at Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial. She also coached gymnastics for four years.
Witbrod competed collegiately at Bethany Lutheran College in indoor and outdoor track and field. She qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships six times, three times in the triple jump and three times in the shot put. Witbrod earned UMAC Indoor and Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year honors four times and was named Second Team All-American in shot put.
