2019 Outdoor: All-Conference honoree...Competed in four meets...At the UMAC Championships, Stanek was a member of the first-place 4x800-meter relay (8:13.24), was a member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:35.20), tallied a personal-best time of 2:01.08 in the 800-meter run to finish fourth and recorded a personal-best time of 51.75 in the 400-meter run to finish fifth.
2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets...At the UMAC Championships, Stanek was a member of the third-place distance medley relay (11:18.44), was a member of the fifth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:41.53), and finished fifth in the 800-meter run (2:05.60).
High School: Attended Wayzata...Lettered in both Cross Country and Track (2017). Captain of the Cross Country team
