Competed in eight indoor meets and four outdoor meets during his junior season at UMM... For indoor he competed in the 3000 meters, Mile, 800 meters, 400 meters,300 meters, 200 meters, Distance Medley Relay and the 4x400 meter relay... Set PRs in the 3000 meters, Mile, 600 meters and 300 meters... Best 3000 meter time 10:39.97 at the Gopher Classic, best Mile time 4:52.99 at the UMAC Indoor Championship, best 800 meter time 2:08.18 at the Maverick Indoor Open, best 600 meter time 1:29.01 at the CSB/SJU Valentine's Day Open, best 400 meter time 56.43 at the St. Olaf Ole Opener, best 300 meter time 39.45 at the St. Olaf Invite and best 200 meter time 25.51 at the St. Olaf Invite... For outdoor he competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase, 1500 meters, 800 meters, 400-meter hurdles, and long jump... Set PRs in the 400-meter hurdles and long jump... Best time in the 3000 meter steeplechase 11:00.28 at the UMAC Outdoor Championship, best 1500 meter time 4:32.61 at the UMAC Outdoor Championship, best 400-meter hurdles time 1:01.39 at the Stomper Open, and best long jump5.12 meters at the CSB/SJU Optimistic meet.
