2019 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...Ran a personal-best time of 2:33.34 in the 800-meter run at the Carleton Relays...At the UMAC Championships, McBane finished 17th in the 800-meter run (2:34.05) and 20th in the 1,500-meter run (5:11.99).

2019 Indoor: Competed in two meets...Ran a personal-best time of 5:44.50 in the mile to finish 15th overall at the UMAC Championships.
