2011-12: Sophomore season … started all 27 games … in UMAC games, ranked 3rd in rebounding (9/g) and defensive rebounds (5.8/g), 2nd in blocked shots (1.9/g), and 5th in offensive rebounds (3.3/g) … in all games, ranked 4th in the UMAC in rebounding (7.9/g), 3rd in blocked shots (1.6/g), 6th in offensive rebounds (2.7/g), and 4th defensive rebounds (5.2/g) … career high and a tie for the school record with 8 blocks against Presentation on Jan. 31 … tied her season high in rebounds of 12 rebounds in a game on four different occasions … led the team in field goal percentage (51.8%), rebounds (214), rebounds per game (7.9/g), defensive rebounds (140), offensive rebounds (74), and blocked shots (46) … season highs include 13 points on 6 for 9 shooting against Mayville State on Dec. 9 … averaged 26.3 minutes/game and 5.1 points/game

2010-11: Freshman Season … in UMAC games ranked sixth in blocks (1.2/g) … in all games ranked sixth in the UMAC in blocks (0.8/g) … posted a UMM season best 6-of-6 from the floor v. Crown on Jan. 15 … other season highs included 13 points v. Crown on Jan. 15, 12 rebounds at Crown on Feb. 11, four assists v. Bethany Lutheran on Feb. 5, three blocks v. Northwestern on Jan. 14 and v. Crown on Jan. 15 and three steals v. North Central on Nov. 16 … played in 25 games, seeing 16.5 minutes a night … scored 4.5 points a night with 5.6 rebounds … shot a team-leading .630 (46-of-73) from the floor and a team-leading .792 (19-of-24) from the free throw line … led the team with 21 blocks … finished with 28 assists and 24 steals.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Benson High School … coached by Mark Grussing … basketball highlights: three-time All-Conference, three-time All-Area, school record for girls basketball in points, rebounds and two-time All-Section … other highlights: seven trips to state in tennis (four individual and three team).

Personal: Daughter of Kim and John Fragodt… has two brothers Joey (23) (played for UMM from 2007- 2010) and Daniel (21) (who is currently playing basketball for UMM) … greatest sports thrill was getting third in state in tennis … she chose UMM because it was close to home and she already knew some of the members of the team … undeclared on a major.
