2019 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...At the 33rd Annual Ron Masanz Track & Field Classic, Langer ran a personal-best time of 14:15.40 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...At the UMAC Championships, Langer finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (14:20.16) and took 15th in the 1,500-meter run with her personal-best time of 5:38.77.
