2019 Outdoor: UMAC Championships Track Athlete of the Meet...UMAC Track Athlete of the Week (4/8, 4/22 & 4/29)...All-Conference honoree...Competed in 10 meets...Set a personal-best time of 12.99 in the 100-meter dash at the Cobber Twilight...At the UMAC Championships, Ciesynski won four events (4x400-meter relay - 4:09.96, 4x100-meter relay - 49.88, 400-meter hurdles - 1:02.41, 400-meter dash - 57.06) and finished second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.78...In the prelims of the 100-meter hurdles, Ciesynski ran a personal-best time of 15.46...At the Eagle Open, Ciesynski ran a personal-best time of 1:01.71 in the 400-meter hurdles...Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter dash and the 400-meter hurdles...At the NCAA Championships, Ciesynski ran a personal-best time of 57.03 in the 400-meter dash to finish 15th and she took 21st in the 400-meter hurdles.

2019 Indoor: UMAC Championships Track Athlete of the Meet...All-Conference honoree...Competed in seven meets...At the UMAC Championships, Ciesynski won the 400-meter dash (59.12), finished second in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 26.98, was a member of the third-place 4x400-meter relay (4:14.43), took third in the 60-meter hurdles (9.67), and finished fourth in the 60-meter dash (8.37)...In the prelims of the 60-meter dash, Ciesynski ran a personal-best time of 8.29.
