Last time out
Last weekend the Cougars split a pair of three set matches, falling to St. Scholastica and beating Northland. The Cougars had one of their worst matches of the season, hitting just .062 against the Saints, but came back with their best, hitting .356 against Northland. Their 39 kills against the LumberJills was also one of their best marks in a three-set match in on the season.

Crown played three matches last week, dropping a pair of UMAC matches in the process. They fell 3-0 to Martin Luther and lost a five set match to Bethany Lutheran after battling back from an 0-2 deficit to force the fifth set. They then got in the win column with a 3-0 nonconference victory over North Central

Northwestern continued their season-long cruise last week, sweeping a trio of matches. In UMAC action they beat both Bethany Lutheran and Martin Luther, before wrapping up the weekend with a win over Gustavus Adolpus.

2010 meetings
Morris swept Crown last season, winning 3-0 at home and on the road. In the first match the Cougars held the Storm to 17 points or less in each set.

The Cougars faced off with Northwestern three times last season, including a 3-1 loss on the road in the first round of the UMAC Tournament. In St. Paul, Morris dropped a 3-0 match, before returning the favor with a 3-0 win in Morris. In the second meeting, the Cougars won each of their three sets by three points or less.
