MORRIS, Minn. – The University of Minnesota, Morris (6-3, 5-2 UMAC) wraps up their 2012 season Saturday against St. Scholastica (7-2, 6-1 UMAC) at 1:00 p.m. in Big Cat Stadium. The Cougars come in winning their last four games and have clinched a winning record and have six wins for the first time since 2006.

This will be the fifth game all time between the two teams with the Saints leading the all-time series 3-1. All but one game has come down to two possessions and a win for the Cougars Saturday could move them into a tie for second place in the UMAC.
Coming in to the game St. Scholastica is averaging 28.3 points per game and UMM is close behind with 27.7. The Saints will try to run the ball averaging 201.4 rushing yards per game, second best in the UMAC while UMM is third in the UMAC is passing.
St. Scholastica leads the Conference allowing just 11.3 points per game and does a great job stopping the run. Morris will look to force turnovers and limit their own in the game.
Brendon Foss continues to be impressive and in the six games he has played this year the Cougars are 4-2 winning all games after returning from injury. In those four games he is averaging 9.5 receptions, 139 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game.
The rushing attack for the Saints is spread out, despite being second in the UMAC in rushing just one of their backs ranks in the top ten in the UMAC. Their leading rusher has 445 yards but they also have running backs with 441, 306, 295, and 245 yards this season.
