MORRIS, Minn. – The Minnesota Morris (6-9, 2-3 UMAC) men will take on Martin Luther (2-14, 1-4 UMAC) and Bethany Lutheran (6-9, 4-1 UMAC) this weekend as they look to carry the momentum from Tuesday's 84-71 win over Trinity Bible.

Last year the men's team swept Martin Luther in conference play, but was unable to get a win against Bethany Lutheran losing both of their conference games and the UMAC Conference Semi-Finals. Morris holds an 11-5 record over Martin Luther and is 6-7 vs. Bethany Lutheran in school history.
The men's team started out conference play strong by going 2-1 in the first three conference games, but has lost the last two to Northwestern and North Central leaving them at 2-3 currently in UMAC play. They are one game out of fourth place with nine games remaining in season.
Offensively, the Cougars have been extremely efficient; they lead the UMAC in field goal percentage at 49.5% and are second in 3-point percentage at 42.5%. However, the Cougars are allowing opponents to shoot 48.5% from the field and 37.6% from three.
