Box Score ST. PAUL – The women's soccer team kept up their winning ways on Friday with a 4–0 win over Northwestern (2-5-1, 1-3-1 UMAC) in St. Paul. The Cougars (5-3, 4-1 UMAC) outshot the Eagles 16–3 on the day. Morris has now won three straight matches via the shutout.
The scoring got started in the 14
th minute as
Justine Wolf connected on a shot to put UMM up early. It was the first goal of the season for Wolf and her third career goal. In the 33

Kebra Rogers doubled the lead with her third goal of the season.
Meaghan Delaney scored in the 56
th minute of play to make it 3-0 and put the match away for Minnesota Morris. It was Delaney's second goal of the season and went in directly from a corner kick. The match was officially iced in the 75
th minute as
Carly Denler scored her fifth goal in six matches.
Morgan Delaney picked up two saves in the win for the Cougars.
Morris will now take on North Central tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. in Minneapolis.
