MORRIS, Minn. – The Minnesota Morris (2-7, 2-6 UMAC) football team will honor 11 seniors tomorrow at noon as the Cougars look to end the 2013 season with a victory over MacMurray (0-9, 0-8 UMAC). The Cougars are looking for their first home win of the season.
GAME NOTES
Series History: Minnesota Morris is looking for fifth straight win over MacMurray; they are 4-0 all-time against the Highlanders. The Cougars have two three point wins over MacMurray, as well as wins by scores of 28-3 and 49-19.
Approaching the Record: Cody Hickman has 124 tackles this season which is just 1 tackle short of the school record which is held by his defensive coordinator Marty Hoffman. Currently Hickman is ranked fifth in the nation in tackles per game and 43rd in solo tackles.
Highly Ranked: Brendon Foss ranks 13th in the nation in touchdown catches with nine. He is also 24th in the nation in receiving yards and 22nd in catches per game.

Roumy Desir has 39 catches and seven touchdowns in the last six games. He has three games with over 125 yards receiving.

Scouting the Opponent: MacMurray is looking for their first victory of the 2013 season. The Highlanders have lost 10 straight dating back to last season and have lost 25 of their last 29.
On the year MacMurray is averaging 115.9 yards rushing and 205.3 passing yards. They split time at quarterback between Coy Dorothy and Caleb Horvath who each have around 920 yards. Patrick Hall is the leading rusher with 625 yards.
Defensively, teams are averaging 262.4 yards per game and 159 yards passing. Teams are scoring an average of 37.1 points per game.
