MORRIS, Minn. – Tomorrow night the Cougars (18-10, 9-1 UMAC) will look to avenge their lone UMAC loss this season as they welcome Northwestern (17-10, 10-0 UMAC) to the P.E. Center at 7 p.m. Minnesota Morris will also honor seniors
Emily Auch,
Hannah Terhaar and
Addie Vancura.
With just four matches left in the UMAC season the Cougars still have a chance to win the UMAC Championship. The match against Northwestern will go a long way in the Cougars quest to repeat after last season. The two teams played a five set thriller in St. Paul on September 19.
Minnesota Morris will look to get back to their winning ways after testing themselves against some of the nation's best last weekend in Eau Claire. The Cougars hope to get a similar effort from their match against #15 Trinity when the Cougars proved they could play with anyone in the country. Northwestern played a similar schedule last weekend, playing in the same tournament as the Cougars.
Fans are encouraged to wear black to the match tomorrow as SACC has declared it a Black Out in the P.E. Center.
