DULUTH, Minn. – Minnesota Morris couldn't solve the St. Scholastica Saints on Saturday, falling 4-1 in the UMAC Championship match. The Cougars were able to manage five shots in the match as the Saints were able to rack up 28 total shots.
The Saints scored a pair of goals just three minutes apart in the middle of the first half to go up 2-0. The scoring started in the 30
th minute on a nice header from Andrew Xotta-Dickson. The second goal was scored in the 33
rd minute, doubling their lead. Morris was unable to get a shot on net in the first half as the Saints defense kept UMM under control.
Scholastica would add another goal in the second half, making it 3-0 in the 65
th minute. The Saints tacked on another goal late in the match, as they found the back of the net in the 82
nd minute.
Michael Schuweiler hit a nice free kick from about 25 yards out, sneaking it just inside the post in the 85

The Cougars finish their season with another run to the UMAC Championship in 2014, and will look to build off their strong finish to the season in 2015.
