MORRIS, Minn. – Minnesota Morris (1-9) will look for some revenge on Tuesday night as they travel to take on Presentation (8-3) at 7:30 p.m. The Saints beat UMM 87-70 earlier this season in Morris. Tomorrow is the Cougars final tune up before UMAC play opens on Saturday afternoon.
The Cougars will look to start 2015 off on a high note after dropping eight straight to end 2014. Defensively, Morris will try to down hold the high scoring Saints, who are averaging 86.9 points per game.
Minnesota Morris has three players who are averaging at least nine points per game.
RJ Dean is leading the pack with 11.4 points per game.
Rebounding by committee has been the Cougars motto so far in 2014 as six players are averaging at least 2.5 rebounds. The team leader is
Joe Roggenbuck who is averaging 5.1 rebounds per game.
The Saints have gone 3-2 since playing the Cougars in early December but have lost their last two. Four players for Presentation are scoring in double figures.
