MORRIS, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women's soccer team (0-1-0) opened its season with a 4-0 loss to Augsburg (2-0-0) Sunday afternoon Cougar Field.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ashley St. Aubin scored twice (14:53 & 30:42) to open up the scoring for Augsburg.
- Gabriela Encarnacion tallied a goal in the 55th minute to make it 3-0.
- Kennedy Pounds scored in the 83rd minute to cap off the scoring for the Auggies.
- Augsburg outshot Minnesota Morris, 50-3.
- Megan Tschida made seven saves in net for the Cougars.
