COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris men's track & field team placed fourth at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet on Saturday afternoon in Collegeville, Minn.
 
Host St. John's University won the meet with a score of 165.
 
Hayden Charboneau opened the track events with an eighth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles. Daniel Decroy set a new personal best in the mile. In the 800-meter run, Noah Johnson recorded a season-best performance to place fifth. In the 3,000-meter run, Ethan Koehler set a new personal best and finished just seconds shy of scoring for the Cougars. To close out the meet, the team of Charboneau, Johnson, Aidyn Yerkin, and Tyler Franke won the 4x400-meter relay.
 
In the field events, Kincade Eisenbacher led UMM in both the shot put and weight throw. The junior thrower recorded a personal best in the weight throw, placing 11th, and posted a season-best mark in the shot put.
 
The Cougars will compete next on Saturday, Jan. 31, at the St. Olaf Invitational.
