MORRIS, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris volleyball team announced its 2026 schedule. The Cougars will play 24 matches, with eight being played at home.
 
Minnesota Morris opens the season at the St. Mary's University Tournament in Winona, Minn. The opening match will see UMM take on host St. Mary's on Sept. 4 at 7 p.m. The following day, the Cougars will play the College of St. Scholastica and Wisconsin Lutheran College at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.
 
The following weekend, the Cougars travel to St. Paul, Minn., for the Macalester/Hamline Tournament. On Friday, Sept. 11, UMM faces Augsburg University at 5 p.m. The tournament wraps up the following day as Minnesota Morris takes on Carleton College at 10 a.m. and Macalester College at 4 p.m.
 
The Cougars will have their home opener on Sept. 18 as they host the Minnesota Morris Quad. On the first day of action, UMM takes on Martin Luther College in an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference match at 3 p.m. On Sept. 19, the Cougars will face Buena Vista University and Concordia College (Minn.) at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively.
 
Minnesota Morris will then play a pair of UMAC matches. Starting on Tuesday, Sept. 22, UMM travels to Crown College for a 7 p.m. contest, and two days later, the Cougars host Bethany Lutheran College for a 7 p.m. match.
 
The weekend of Sept. 25-26, Minnesota Morris will play in its final regular-season tournament at the St. Olaf/Carleton Tournament. The Cougars have one match on Sept. 25 against St. Olaf College at 5 p.m. before playing Nebraska Wesleyan University (10 a.m.) and Simpson College (2 p.m.) the following day.
 
The Cougars then begin a stretch of four conference matches, starting with North Central University at home on Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. The next day, UMM travels to St. Paul for a 1 p.m. match against the University of Northwestern. On Oct. 7, Minnesota Morris hosts Crown College at 7 p.m. before making its longest road trip of the season to the University of Wisconsin-Superior on Oct. 17.
 
The final nonconference match of the season is scheduled against St. Scholastica on Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. in Duluth, Minn. The Cougars will then hit the home stretch of UMAC play, beginning with Northwestern at 7 p.m. at James Gremmels Court on Oct. 23. Minnesota Morris will then play its next three matches on the road: Oct. 24 at North Central (1 p.m.), Oct. 30 at Martin Luther (7 p.m.), and Oct. 31 at Bethany Lutheran (1 p.m.). The Cougars close out the regular season by hosting UW-Superior on Nov. 7 at 1 p.m.
