The University of Minnesota Morris women's basketball team looks to turn the page on their conference campaign, after they fell on a buzzer beater to Martin Luther last weekend. Morris will travel to western Wisconsin and northern Minnesota as they will face-off against Northland and St. Scholastica for the first time this season. Morris will play Northland Friday (Jan. 27) night at 5:30 p.m. and St. Scholastica on Saturday (Jan. 28) afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

Morris recently defeated Trinity Bible College in non-conference play (82-35) and split a matchup between Bethany Lutheran and Martin Luther last weekend.

In last season's matchups the Cougars were able to handle the LumberJills by scores of 57-47 and 69-41.

In two games last season against the Saints, Morris won the first contest at home 66-56 and was able to escape Duluth with 76-72 win in the final weekend of the season.
