MORRIS, Minn. – Over the next three days the Cougars will play six games at the Vadnais Heights Dome in Vadnais Heights, Minn. Minnesota Morris will take on St. Scholastica, Northland and Crown as they try to stay atop the UMAC.
Saturday night the Cougars will meet with St. Scholastica for a doubleheader at 10 p.m. The matchup is featured as the UMAC Game of the Week. On Sunday the Morris will take on Northland starting at 4 p.m. UMM only has the dome till 7 p.m. on Sunday which means that the Cougars and Northland could have to finish their double header on Monday morning at 8 a.m. Following the early morning conclusion on Monday, if necessary, the Cougars will take on Crown at 10 a.m.
The Cougars are 9-1 over their last ten games and they have jumped out to a 6-1 record in the UMAC. With the conference tournament just two weeks away the Cougars are playing their best softball of the season.
