MORRIS, Minn. – On a rainy afternoon the Cougars could not slow a very talented St. Olaf squad as they fell 4-0. The Oles scored early in both halves to gain control of the match.
 
St. Olaf's Kevin Skrip scored in the sixth minute of play as a cross was sent in to the box and finished off by the foot of Skrip. Fifteen minutes later Skrip sent a ball through the box and a Cougar defender knocked into the back of the net while trying to clear the ball. Skrip scored his second goal of the match in the 33^rd minute to make it 3-0.
 
In the first minute of the second half Ryan Johnsrud took a shot from about 25 yards out with his left foot and put the ball in the corner of the net making it 4-0. The Cougars pressed for a goal late but were unable to break up the shutout falling 4-0 on the day.
 
Morris is back in action tomorrow at 2 p.m. as they #23 Augsburg at Cougar Field.
