EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The #22 Saint Ben's Blazers (15-8) were too much for the Cougars (18-9) on Saturday morning, sweeping them 25-12, 25-14, 25-15. Morris was held to just .054 hitting on the afternoon. The Blazers were able to achieve side outs at a high rate which kept the Cougars from making any runs in the match.
The first and second sets saw Saint Ben's earn side outs a 76% clip and 78% clip respectively. Saint Ben's jumped out to a quick 15-6 lead in the first set. The Cougars never recovered as the Blazers cruised to a 25-12 victory.
The second set was similar to the first out of the gate as CSB took six point lead early. Morris would pull within four at 17-13 but could not get any closer as CSB finished the set on an 8-1 run.
The third set was close early but the Blazers flexed their muscles, going on a 9-0 run, taking a 16-7 lead. Morris couldn't rally and dropped the set 25-15.

Emily Auch had six kills offensively for the Cougars. Schaffer hit a team high .455 in the match on 11 attempts.
