ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. – The Cougars (3-4, 2-0 UMAC) picked up a 3-0 win over Crown (2-4-1, 0-2 UMAC) on Saturday to improve to 2-0 in UMAC play. Molly Hancuh scored a goal for the second straight game. Kelsi Kolle added the other Cougar goals, scoring eight minutes apart but in separate halves.
 
Hancuh had a breakaway in the 20^th minute and deposited in the back of the net for her third goal of the season. The Cougars are now 3-0 and when she scores a goal this season. Kolle delivered a goal on the Cougars 15^th shot in the first half, heading the ball past the keeper thanks a great cross from Lindsay Clay.
 
Kolle helped the Cougars start fast in the second half, scoring her second goal of the match in the 51^st minute. It was the first shot of the half, meaning Kolle scored two goals on back-to-back shots.
 
Morgan Delaney had the shutout, stopping the lone shot she faced in the game.
