MORRIS, Minn. – Minnesota Morris (9-9, 7-0 UMAC) looks to repeat their performance from the first half of the conference season, beginning tonight at Crown (2-16, 2-5 UMAC). The Cougars won all seven games in the first half of the year but now will play five of the next seven on the road. 
In their first meeting of the year Morris beat the Storm 88-47 behind 20 points from 
Kendra Wycoff. The Cougars hit 13 shots from behind the arc and were 53.8% from the field in the game. 
Kayla Kraemer was 4-4 from three while scoring 14 points on the night. 
Cori Becker and 
Jordan Halverson also scored in double figures. 
Morris has a one game lead over Northwestern at the midway point of the year. They have a four game distance from the fifth place team in the UMAC. 
Tim Grove took time to talk about the first half of the season and where the Cougars hope they are headed. 
Eight different players have had games with at least ten points, proving that the Cougars are a deep team this season. In addition to being balanced, UMM is sharing the ball nicely, averaging 13.9 assists per game. 
Connor Lewis leads the team with 47 assists and has a 2.94 assist to turnover ratio which is one of the best in the country. 
As a team the Cougars rank 20
th in the country in three point shooting and 35
th in the NCAA in three point field goals per game. Wycoff is 15
th in the NCAA with 2.83 made three pointers per contest.
