ST. PAUL, Minn. – Senior forward Mia Wassink was tabbed the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon. This is the first career award for Wassink.

In the Cougars' lone game of the week last week, Wassink tallied a career-best 21 points and tied a career-best eight rebounds at Mayville State.

The Cougars are back in action against Mayville State on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 7:15 p.m. at the Cougar Sports Center.
