Friday's matches will be at Crown with the return matches scheduled for Saturday in Morris starting at noon. Saturday marks the halfway point in the conference season meaning the men will play first followed by women around 2:30 p.m.
The women sit three points shy of St. Scholastica with 6-1 in the UMAC and the Cougars 5-1. UMM has won six of its last seven matches, all via the shutout. During this span the Minnesota Morris has outscored their opponents 20-2.
Crown is 1-4-1 in the UMAC, tying against Northland and beating North Central 3-1. Coming in they have lost seven of their last night matches but are 2-2-1 on the road this year.
A pair of wins by the women would put them in at least a tie for first place as St. Scholastica only plays once this weekend.
