Box Score MOORHEAD, Minn. - The Minnesota Morris women's soccer team continued their 4-game road trip Wednesday night with a non-conference tilt at Concordia-Moorhead. The Cobbers proved to be the dominant on their home surface and defeated the Cougars 5-0.
Concordia's Emily Wendorff was all over the stat sheet as she was in on all five Cobber goals scoring three herself and assisting on the other two. She assisted on Emily Payne's goal in the 13th minute for the game's first score.and later scored herself in the 29th minute to make the score 2-0 at the break.
Within the first five minutes of the second half, Concordia doubled their lead with Wendorff assisting on Paige McCullough's goal in the 48th minute and then scoring her second goal two minutes later. She added her third goal in the 83rd minute.
Torri Jordan had 14 saves in net for the Cougars (1-5) who next play at UW-River Falls on Saturday.
