Box Score 2 FT. MYERS, Fla. – Minnesota Morris (3-5) finished their spring trip with a doubleheader against Wisconsin-Stout on Saturday, dropping both contests. Stout picked up an 8-1 win in game one and a 10-1 victory in game two.

Eric Terres for the Cougars lone run in game one.
Kyle Grote scored the Cougars run the second game, being driven in by Chandler Erickson.
Stout scored four first inning runs in game one before the Cougars had a chance to swing the bat. The Blue Devils extended their lead over the next two innings to go up 7-0. Logan Nordly came out of the pen to work two solid innings for Morris but unfortunately the offense would muster just two hits in the game.
Morris was the aggressor in game two as they scored first, thanks to a one out single from Erickson. The Blue Devils quickly tied the game up in the bottom of the second and pushed across a few more runs to take the lead. The Cougars were unable to recover as Stout pulled away for the 10-1 win.
Christian Korlath had a pair of hits to lead the offense in game two.
The Cougars are now off until March 26 when they will play a doubleheader at Concordia Moorhead.
