The Cougars defeated the North Central Rams (2-13, 1-6 UMAC), 6-3, in a non-conference contest before falling 9-0 to the Northwestern Eagles (12-7, 4-0 UMAC) in an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) match.
