Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 FT. MYERS, Fla. – Minnesota Morris (0-2) dropped their doubleheader with Mitchell College on Monday falling 12-4 in game one and 4-1 in game two. Eric Terres went 5-7 with a double, two stolen bases, an RBI and a run scored in the two games.
 
In game one the Cougars stuck with the Mariners until the fourth inning. Mitchell would open up the game in the inning, taking advantage of a few pitching mistakes and errors in the field. Cody Reinke was 2-3 with a pair of runs scored in the game. Christian Korlath was 2-3 with a double and an RBI.
 
Joey Hyde went all seven innings in his first career start and held the Mariners to four runs. Unfortunately the Cougars could not get much going offensively in the game. Terres was the bright spot for the Cougars in the game, going 3-4 with a double, stolen base and a run scored.
